At HealGuru, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Return:

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• A valid proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened, used, or damaged products.

• Products returned without original packaging or safety seals.

• Free gifts or promotional items.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.

• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchange Policy:

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• To request an exchange, contact our support team with images of the product within 48 hours of delivery.
